STAGE 1 - Online CV Form and Role-Specific Questions
Start by completing the CV form, where you'll provide details on your demographics, work experience, and academic history. Upload your supporting documents and answer role-specific questions. If you meet the minimum requirements, you’ll move on to Stage 2.
STAGE 2 - Learning Potential Assessment
We go beyond your CV to assess your true potential. Using psychometric assessments, we shortlist the strongest candidates. You’ll receive an assessment link with full instructions. The learning potential assessment is a timed psychometric tool that provides insight into your innate ability to solve unfamiliar problems and learn novel tasks. If you’re unsuccessful, you can retake the assessment after 12 months. If you meet the minimum requirements, you’ll move on to Stage 3.
STAGE 3 - Online or Face-to-Face Interview
This is your chance to shine. You’ll answer competency-based interview questions and have a chance to meet the panel. If you meet the minimum requirements, you’ll be shortlisted to continue to Stage 4.
STAGE 4 - Full Psychometric Assessment
This stage delves deeper into your abilities. You’ll complete a comprehensive psychometric assessment that evaluates your verbal and numerical reasoning aptitude, as well as your personality preferences. The assessment will also revisit the learning potential test from Stage 2. Your results will be compiled into a detailed report.
OFFER - MIE and Compliance Checks
If you’ve successfully navigated the previous stages, the final step involves MIE and compliance checks, followed by the acceptance of your offer.
