The Manager – Technical Marketer role is suitable for an accomplished financial writing professional seeking to make a significant contribution to the development of a highly proficient and successful marketing capability. The Technical Marketer primarily writes rich, relevant, purposeful, timely and consistent content in the topics of investment, retirement, medical, financial planning and risk cover (life and funeral) to support the PR activities that form a strategic role in lifting brand awareness of NMG Benefits. The suitable candidate will be required to conduct research via internal and external means to support the rich evergreen and trending content to be leveraged by our PR and Digital Agency service providers. The additionally, they will also be responsible for crafting the message in internal corporate communications, reports, social media posts, and digital marketing activities.
The role requires close collaboration across the whole of business as well as the management of 3rd party service providers such as the PR & Media Agency, Content Writers, and Digital Agency. The role must be credible in demonstrating its expertise to senior executives in those units and 3rd party service providers.
While NMG Benefits accommodates a broad spectrum of clients, the desire for increased success will require winning the confidence of upper small to larger clients and stakeholders, which are typically demanding, complex, and already served by strong incumbent suppliers. Delivering high value content will be part of that success.
