Servicing the NMG Individual healthcare member base through intentional and impactful wellness initiatives.
The Individual Member Consultant assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio of health care individual clients. The primary focus is the servicing of clients’ and members face-to-face regarding medical scheme queries, plan advice, billings etc. The Individual Member Consultant is also responsible for induction training and member training.
To growth of this member base is critical and retention of individual members is priority. The benefit counsellor will assist individual members face to face regarding medical scheme queries, plan advice, etc.
